You can retrieve student logins and passwords inside the Members Area. And just in case you've forgotten your Member's password too, use the facility on that page to have your password emailed to you. |
| I try to login and am told that my subscription has expired. | |

If you've recently renewed your subscription using an offline payment method (i.e. direct deposit, cheque or money order) please let us know as it will speed up payment identification. If you have ceased making payments (or a recent attempted payment has failed) then your subscription will expire at the end of your last paid term. You can renew your membership over the phone by contacting us. If you think you should be able to login please let us know. If we have made an error we will reactivate your subscription and then extend it to cover any time lost. |
