Refund Policy

Refund Policy
Like everything else we do, we try to make things as simple as possible. And that’s what we’ve done here by making the Refund Policy as straight forward as we can, with no hidden clauses and no fine print. That said, if you happen to find anything here a bit confusing, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you.

ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY

Monthly Plan
We will charge your credit card with the monthly membership fee at the start of your membership. We will continue to charge your credit card on a monthly basis until you cancel your membership. So for example, if you joined on May 5 your credit card will be charged on May 5; June 5; July 5; and so on until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership with us by notice in writing (an email is sufficient) at any time without incurring a cancellation fee. Upon canceling your membership, no further fees will be charged.

Six-Monthly Plan
We will charge your credit card with the six-monthly membership fee at the start of your membership. We will continue to charge your credit card on a six-monthly basis until you cancel your membership. So for example, if you joined on May 5, 2006 your credit card will be charged on May 5, 2006; November 5, 2006; May 5, 2007; and so on until you cancel your membership. We will send you a courtesy reminder by email when fees become due prior to that fee being charged to your credit card. You may cancel your membership with us by notice in writing (an email is sufficient) at any time without incurring a cancellation fee. Upon canceling your membership, no further fees will be charged.

Annual Plan
We will charge your credit card with the annual membership fee at the start of your membership. We will continue to charge your credit card on an annual basis until you cancel your membership. So for example, if you joined on May 5, 2006 your credit card will be charged on May 5, 2006; May 5, 2007; May 5, 2008; and so on until you cancel your membership. We will send you a courtesy reminder by email when fees become due prior to that fee being charged to your credit card. You may cancel your membership with us by notice in writing (an email is sufficient) at any time without incurring a cancellation fee. Upon canceling your membership, no further fees will be charged.

Annual Plan (monthly instalments)
This membership is for a twelve-month period with payments made on a monthly basis. We will charge your credit card from the start of your membership with the monthly instalment fee for the plan you have chosen. We will continue to charge your credit card on a monthly basis until the twelve payments have been made. So for example, if you joined on May 5, 2006 your credit card will be charged on May 5, 2006; June 5, 2006; July 5, 2006; and so on until the twelfth (and final) payment is charged on April 5, 2007. If you cancel your membership prior to the end of the twelve-month period, then a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged to your credit card and no further fees will be charged.

CD-ROM REFUND POLICY

We have the most generous refund policy in Australia. If you’re not happy with the CD-ROM program within 12 months of purchasing, return it to us and we’ll refund your money. That’s right, for whatever reason, if you’re not happy then we’ll give you your money back – no hassles, no jumping through hoops – just return it to us and your money will be refunded.

But won’t we get ripped off with such a generous refund policy?

As a matter of fact, yes we will….but only by 2% of people. And that means there are 98% of people just like you who do the right thing!

I don’t care about those guys trying to rip us off – if they feel good about doing that, that’s their problem. It’s not my problem, and it’s certainly not yours!

Why penalise the vast, vast majority of our happy customers just because there are a few out there who like to rip off the system? We’ve been in the business of helping families for so long now to know that 98 out of every 100 customers we have are fair and honest and they should be rewarded.

So that’s why we offer you such an incredible refund policy. For your own peace of mind. We want you to have that secure knowledge that for whatever reason, you’re not going to be out of pocket. You know you are investing in a program that will help your kids, and also be backed by the best refund policy around.

And obviously, this program has got to be the best to be able to offer that.

And you know what else…

I’m sick and tired of hearing how other companies offer a money-back guarantee that is virtually impossible to claim because of all the requirements that are forced on the customer. I can still recall someone who was happily boasting that he had set up a money-back guarantee with such strict conditions attached so that nearly anybody who tried to get a refund would get knocked back. It makes me really angry that there are still those sharks out there who trying to trick honest people and taking advantage of their trust in people.

So that’s another reason why we want to make sure you clearly know everything up-front in plain English where there is no sneaky fine print and no over-the-top conditions.
